Feedback
Below is just a brief introduction to some of the interesting feedback we've had since we started. Some has flattered, some has amused and some has made us run for cover.
In the brief time we've been going we've sold t-shirts to over 16
countries worldwide from the UK to the USA, Italy to Israel, Australia to Norway. Not bad for a venture that started with a few hundred quid cobbled together and tee shirts screen-printed at work (by someone's brother-in-law) after the boss had gone home.
And things have been nothing if not eventful. Now we didn't start out to be attention-seekers, rather people who believed that a reaction, positive or negative, was everything. We hoped you either loved or hated our t-shirts, as long as they weren't just, you know, 'alright..' And we've had some interesting reactions. From polite (but firm) emails from the Hell's Angels telling us to stop name-dropping them to cease-and-desist letters from Johnny Cash's entertainment lawyers, we've notched up some impressive credentials.
Our "Don't Be Afraid, It's Only Catholic Guilt" t-shirt has proved a big hit with the aforementioned religious fraternity so I'd like to take the opportunity to thank all those deeply insecure, small-minded, love-thy-neighbour (as long as thy neighbour fits in with my particular belief-system) jesus-freaks for the kind emails you've sent us over the years. Maybe we will 'burn in hell' as you so kindly suggested but not without giving your whiter than white outlook a little jerk-off first. Perhaps if you sat and pondered the meaning behind it you might realise we weren't directly getting at the catholic church anyway. But your fierce insecurity is noted.
Credit goes out to the catholic school teacher offended by the shirt that was 'christian' enough to sent us a nice email reasonably stating his opposition (and why he was offened) & asking us to remove them. Well, we didn't remove them but he certainly made us realise that not all religious types are right-wing lunatics. And to the stereotype-police, yes - most were USA-based.
It's not all been bad. We've sold shirts to famous musicians, the House of Commons, Bollocks to Bush t-shirts to Halliburton employees (bet they're popular) and even Eric Schlosser contacted us about some artwork we did of him. All in all, we are proud mother's and father's of what we have created... even if some of you think it's a monster. Enjoy...

"Someone just sent me a link to your graphic of me as uncle sam...
Any chance that I can get a jpeg of that, for personal use?
I am routinely accused of being a commie/pinko/un-American rat... and I'd like to show my kids some proof that just isn't true --"
