Returns Policy

RETURNS

 

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are not obliged to offer you a refund or exchange (please contact us if so, in some cases we may make an exception).

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

- If an item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

 

(1) Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds are made via Paypal and should be processed via your original payment method.

 

 

(2) Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or Paypal account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

(3) Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are generally non-returnable and cannot be refunded. If you have a problem with a sale item that you have purchased please contact us for more details.

 

 

(4) Exchanges

 

If you need to exchange and item for a different size or colour, please email at tees@properganda.co.uk and return your item to:

(5) Shipping

 

To return your product, you should mail it to the above address and we recommend that you return via a tracked service or at least obtain a Certificate of Posting from your Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for items lost enroute and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
